About the Director
Barika A. Croom originally hails from Dallas, TX. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology & Theater. She is an accomplished actress, singer, director, published poet, a playwright & producer. "James & Joseph" produced by Barika A. Croom, was nominated for an NAACP award. Past credits include: "And Then There Was You" with Brian White and Lynn Whitfield, the film "No Sunlight" which debuts later this year and "The Last Appeal" which will be on TV screens this year. This is her 3rd year participating in the Towne Street Theatre's 10 Minute Play festival and she'd like to thank the entire team for their support!
