Happy New Year from your family at Towne Street Theater!

The beginning of the year is a good time to make resolutions and to reflect on the previous years’ gains and losses. Most of us take this time to write down what we want to accomplish in the year to come: eat cleaner, work out more, earn a promotion at work or spend more time with loved ones.

Towne Street Theatre’s new year’s resolution is to continue to bring you the great programming that you know and love while also working to expand our membership by providing opportunities for artists via workshops and classes. • An Improv workshop with Twon Pope (February and March)

• A Ten Minute playwriting workshop with Mildred Lewis (February and March)

• Black Annie virtual screening and discussion

• A watch party of External Forces

• Fifth Anniversary of Sum Poetry

• The Deborah Charles Literary Series

• A Reading of Barbara White Morgan's They Need a Porter at the Chase Hotel

• The expanded Ten Minute Play Festival which will now include both youth and film components

• A brand new podcast series written by Harriet A. Dickey

• 2023 Wrap party

Towne Street Theatre’s 30th year will be innovative and nostalgic. We can't wait to see you in the seats (both virtually and physically).
